END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the internal software application (the "Application") operated by The Graceful Cookie ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Internal Use Only
The Application is a private, internal business tool developed for and used exclusively by The Graceful Cookie and its authorized personnel. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to the general public.

2. License Grant
The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for internal business operations, including production tracking, reporting, and financial analysis.

3. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks, to retrieve business and financial data for internal reporting purposes. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and conditions. The Company accesses such data only as needed to provide the Application's internal reporting functions.

4. Restrictions
You may not: (a) use the Application for any purpose other than authorized internal business use; (b) share access credentials with unauthorized parties; (c) reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Application; or (d) use the Application in any manner that violates applicable law.

5. Data
Business and financial data accessed through the Application is owned by The Graceful Cookie and is used solely for internal purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Changes
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
